If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below for information on returns and exchanges. We only provide exchanges on all our products. You will receive store credit to purchase any other items you might want if the original items is approved for an exchange.
Exchanges
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at help@accuratejewelry.com to start the exchange process.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Clearly mark the package with the Order number.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the following address:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Address returns to “AJ” instead of “Accurate Jewelry” to minimize the risk of theft.
Refunds and Exchanges
- After receiving your return and inspecting the condition, we will process your exchange or issue store credit.
- Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
- Non-returnable Items: Clearance items, items sold at a discount of 45% or higher, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Pre-owned or Estate Jewelry: These items can only be exchanged for store credit valid for 30 days on our online store.
- Items must be thoroughly checked to confirm they match the original sale condition (e.g., no substituting diamond for glass, fake gold for gold, confirm any inscriptions etc).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
